My first post of the new year and it’s come highly requested! My go-to beverage when I don’t want intense caffeine, but what the coffee feelings. Not only is it packed with health benefits, but it’s also cosy, delicious and so easy.

Ingredients:
1 tsp matcha powder
100ml soy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup
Method:
1. Add all ingredients together in milk frothier until combined and creamy
