Healthy Edible Cookie Dough Recipe

Get ready to treat your taste buds with this irresistible healthy edible cookie dough recipe. Join me as we whip up a batch of this easy, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and oil-free delight that will have you coming back for seconds. As Dan and I prepare for our upcoming move, I find myself facing the inevitable task of packing up my pantry, particularly my extensive collection of peanut butter jars (my little hoarding tendency🧍‍♀️). Amidst the chaos, I couldn’t resist sharing this delightful cookie dough recipe with you. Not only is it incredibly simple to make, but it also happens to be oil-free!

Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar-Free
Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients – oat flour, chocolate chips, almond butter, maple syrup, sea salt, and cinnamon.
  2. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated and forms a smooth cookie dough texture.
  3. Serve and indulge in the heavenly flavors of this delectable cookie dough.
